What happens once I’ve bought a Crystal Funeral Plan?

At Crystal we offer three different funeral plans for you to buy that are low cost and great value. 

Once you have purchased your Funeral plan you will receive your plan documents. This will include a summary of your plan, your funeral director’s details, your plan holder certificate and a two membership cards. 

You will have the option when you take out your funeral plan to add a nominated representative. They will be made aware that you have put a funeral plan in place. 

If you opt to have a nominated representative for your plan, we’ll send them a letter or an email and let them know you have a funeral plan in place. This will offer peace of mind to yourself and your loved ones.  

Once you have received your pack, we will then call you 10 days later to check that everything is right for you. If you change your mind, you can receive a full refund.
